Jenny completed her Yoga Alliance accredited training in 2015 and has continued her Yoga education in a variety of further training. Always hugely engaged with her students, she shares her passion and dedication in every class. Jenny is a compassionate teacher and enjoys supporting individual students’ needs with modifications where necessary and encouraging people who are curious about Yoga to consider starting a practice.
Jenny teaches a variety of Yoga disciplines, but always with an emphasis on the anatomical rationale that underscores safe, effective teaching. Jenny also enjoys using Yoga to assist individuals as an adjunct to improve their primary sport or exercise regime.
