Laura has been teaching Yoga for 5 years, she recently went to Bali to train further with Yoga Alliance for Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Having trained as a Sports Therapist and practiced Ayurvedic Yoga massage, Laura has a full understanding of the body and how to enhance your Yoga practice to improve Physical and mental wellbeing. Laura likes to create an enjoyable experience for all levels in every practice and is a firm believer fitness should be a pleasure not a chore.
